IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No, we have a wide range of stock available to meet your desired request however, it is advisable that you contact us in time so that we
we could insure it is available.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders could be done via a phone call or through the website, or our facebook page.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Yes, we have a set up time of delivery and pick-up. However should you require the extra hours or days we shall provide a price for that.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations need to be made within 24 hours.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
You can change at any given time before a 2 hour period before the event.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
Emercency numbers will be provided as soon as bookings are made.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
All payments are to be done before the event, a 50% deposit is required should the customer seek to pay the rest on arrival.
